With your wash day routine:
Shampoo your hair with your regular shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Take a few tablespoons of the herbal hair tea and dilute it with water. Pour the diluted herbal hair tea over your hair and scalp, making sure to saturate your hair thoroughly. Massage your scalp gently for a few minutes to help the hair tea penetrate your hair and scalp. Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool water. Follow up with your regular conditioner and rinse thoroughly.

As a leave-in treatment:
After washing your hair, towel dry it until it is damp. Take a few tablespoons of the herbal hair tea and dilute it with water. Pour or spray the diluted herbal hair tea over your hair and use your fingers to work it through your hair, starting at the roots and working your way down to the ends. Style your hair as desired.

Note: It is important to dilute the herbal hair tea with water before use, as it is highly concentrated and can be too strong for some hair types.
