Castor Oil is one of the few oils that can be used as an emulsifying agent. Rich in a fatty acid known as ricin oleic that naturally moisturizes the skin, Castor Oil is effective against a number of skin conditions. It can also be added to the hair and scalp to improve texture, shine and promote healthy hair growth.

Storage: It is recommended that our Castor Oil is kept in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness and achieve maximum shelf life. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before using.

Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of up to 2 years with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

Caution: For external use only. If nursing, pregnant or under a doctors care, please consult with a doctor before use. A skin test is recommended prior to use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Creating a hair growth oil using ashwagandha oil was incredibly easy. I just added equal parts ashwagandha, castor, argan and almond. This is not the same oil that's at the beauty supply store. It looks different. It smells different. It feels different. My hair has NEVER felt this good! Who knew that it was so easy to make your own stuff at home? If you're new to making your own products, it's a good idea to start with simple recipes and gradually work your way up to more complex formulas. That's what I've been doing.
