Our handcrafted Brahmi Oil is made in the traditional Ayurvedic way from Brahmi leaves in a base of Organic Sesame Seed Oil. This herbal oil has neuro-pharmacological effects that bring balance and calmness to the nervous system, all while promoting healthy hair growth and nourishing the skin. Brahmi is used in hair and skin care products, soaps, deodorants, colognes, and massage oils amongst other cosmetic applications.

Aromatic Description: Brahmi Oil has a very distinct herb and seed aroma. It has the potential of overpowering other scents.

Consistency: Brahmi Oil is slightly thicker than typical carrier oils.



Absorption: Absorbs into skin at average speed, slight oil feeling left on skin.

Storage: It is recommended that our Brahmi Oil is kept in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness and achieve maximum shelf life. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before using.

Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of up to 2 years with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

Caution: For external use only. If nursing, pregnant or under a doctors care, please consult with a doctor before use. A skin test is recommended prior to use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

This is not the same oil that's at the beauty supply store. It looks different. It smells different. It feels different. My hair has NEVER felt this good! If you're new to making your own products, it's a good idea to start with simple recipes and gradually work your way up to more complex formulas. That's what I've been doing.
